I created a new Instagram account one month ago to share and learn more about disabilities and inclusion. Posting regularly has helped me understand how important it is to represent everyone and make information accessible.

Even though no one has commented yet, I have still gained a lot of knowledge. I have learned to research carefully, choose my words thoughtfully, and focus on spreading awareness in a respectful way.

This experience has shown me that change can start small. Every post is a step toward helping more people feel seen and included. I am excited to keep learning and improving as I continue on this journey.
