Recently, I completed a psychology course on Coursera, and it turned out to be one of the most eye-opening learning experiences I've had outside school. I’ve always been curious about how people think, feel, and behave, and this course helped me understand the basics of the human mind in a structured and interesting way.

From learning about emotions and decision making to understanding mental health and behavior, I got a deeper look into what shapes us as individuals. The course made me more thoughtful, not just about others, but also about myself.

More than just academic knowledge, it helped me grow as a person. I became more empathetic, open minded, and self aware and I’ve started noticing how psychology connects to everyday life. It was a great experience, and I’m excited to learn even more in the future.
